XenTech utilizes a Xenogen IVIS® Lumina imaging system to generate bioluminescence or fluorescence images of tumors growing orthotopically and of metastases.
Several of our tumor models are being engineered to express high levels of luciferase, allowing tracking and quantification of tumor cells by
bioluminescence imaging. Please contact us for inquiries about bioluminescent tumor models.

Custom-made tumor models
In addition to subcutaneous implantation, we can develop orthotopic models upon request, using either our own human tumor
collection or any commercially available tumor cell line.
